Like people to post up personal experience of crashing, what went right what went wrong, and also those that have helped rescue at a crash, what went right what went wrong, and if you have medical training some basic do's and don't for those in the immediate rescue group (fellow riders)...

the wheels point left when they should point straight....tie rods both look good....I see there is a coupling (for lack of a better term) above where the tie rods attach to the steering column, is that where it can be adjusted? if so, how? if not, how is this done? thanks in advance!
