I installed a Highlifter radiator kit in my Grizzly 660 today. I don't have a temp gage so I don't know if it makes a big difference with the coolant temp. The fan runs about as much as it did before but the new one really moves the air. I cut two "gills" out of both side panels and the hot air...

Well the time has come to finally re-locate my radiator. But I don't really wanna drop $200 on a kit and was wanting to see some home made jobs. Not so much the front plates, but more of the brackets and what not.

I was at the auto parts store today to pick up some filters for my vehicles, and saw an advertisement for a secondary coolant radiator. It is only $30 and is meant to be added to the front of the primary radiator on the return side of the coolant. It adds surface area as well as overall amount...

Here are some pictures of my new radiator install. During the last SSRT ride a rock must have kicked up and punctured the radiator so a new one was a must. I searched around and the only upgrade radiator available I could find was one off eBay. I was hesitant since it wasn't from a known...
