I bought a used 700 that had a big bore kit and a performance/upgraded clutch with 26 inch SS rims/tires. Ive driven it for about 60 miles since I bought it. I took the twin brothers exhaust off as it was too loud and put the stock one back on. I noticed afterwards that there was a knocking sound from the motor. I took it out riding on trails today and the clutch was making all kinds of clanging and a friend who was behind me thought it sounded like a turbo unit on a vehicle. It made noise when slowing down, steady speed and speeding up. It began smoking and had no pep. I got towed back as the clutch case couldn't be touched and it was smoking something fierce. I only have 300 miles on the four wheeler. Any suggestions/ideas?

Turbos don't knock or make clanging noises? Take the CVT cover off and see what's going on in there. Is there oil in the engine? If your not familiar with the Grizzly CVT get help from someone who is.
