Has anyone used the snorkel kit from snorkelyouratv.com? is it good? does it hurt the a/f ratio?

my understanding is that all snorkel kits change the A/F ratio. There was a post here (dont remember who or when) where someone put a pvc ball valve in the air box snorkel pipe, and used it to adjust the airflow back down to a usable level with stock jetting. Even had a picture. my 350 is not snorkeled, it doesnt go that deep. But if it were, that would be the route I take.
