I would skip the lift kit, small 2" lift kits like that just put strain on your axles and make it less reliable. You can fit 28" tires with no lift without any problems and shouldn't need new axles.
advice on setup?
I recently bought a 2011 grizz 700. It's pretty much stock except for 14in. Wheels and I plan on doing some mods to it but before I do I'd like to hear some of yalls advice, I mostly ride mud and I ride hard from time to time. I was thinking about getting a 2in. Lift with 28's and clutch kit but after reading some it sounds like just skipping the lift and slapping 28's on and installing a clutch kit would be fine but idk.. ? If I was to get a 2in. lift what would be the best brand to go with and what size mud tire would be best to ride with? And would I have to get new axles as well, if so what brand is reliable and strong?

Thanks man.
