I think I found my go to tire!

Had an interesting ride yesterday and at one point decided to test the durability of these Dirt Commanders by hitting a huge rock (not intentional) and the Tires won! The hit was so hard the tire actually put a dent in the beadlock ring and shattered the steering wheel on my rhino with only a small place in the tire.. I had to get out the old tool box and find a pair of handy dandy vise grips to use as a steering wheel to drive the rhino back to the truck.. After the hit I think I converted a few of the Big Horn owners to Dirt Commanders owners...
Just looking for some advice on tires. If you've seen our videos and noticed the terrain I ride, what tire would you recommend for my stock 450? Thanks!

Yep...BH 2.0 in maybe 25 or 26 inch, or even the Maxxis Zilla in 26 or 27 inch.

Have you seen the new ITP Tundracross tire's yet? When I first saw them, thoughts of you and Cubbee were the first thing to pop into my mind! :bigsmile1:

Mrs Cubbee, You will need a light tire fore your 450 as power will be more noticed as a loss more so than yall's 700 cubbee rides..I personally like the Bighorn 2.0 Radial..The 450 Grizz feels more planted..Lots of options out there..If I had the power stock I would pick the pitbull rockers..That tire goes like crazy..The Growlers do to but there heavy compared to the 2.0..The tundra crosss looks like a great tire..

My dirt commanders in stock size kick ass on hard pack but are less than optimal for any mud over the tire height. Thing moto mtc or maxxis zillas next

Thanks so much everyone! So many options out there. I definitely am thinking about weight and don't want to get stuck in the mud if I can help it!
Looking closely at the new Maxxis Zillas on my stock SE wheels. Turns out I can get them in the deeper lug - 1.18 which I like.

Yeah with the mud you guys do I would go zillas in a 26 or 27. Just got remember they run small. So I've always heard go one size up to get size tire you want.

I would suggest my tires, but seeing your a 450 zillas are lighter. I sure like see comparison between zillas to the motomax tires as I sure think my tire are a great mud type all terrain.;)
I have yet to see the moto MTC tires mounted on a grizzly. Are there any pics Muckboy?
Saw these at the dealership when I was picking up mine. Had to get a photo with my girls on it.
