hey my Grizzly 660 idles high when its warm it happened after i cleaned it the reason i cleaned it is because it died on me on a trail i had to be pulled back to the truck. this is what i have done so far i cleaned the carb very good 3 times poking jets to clean them out really good and see through them. i put in a new spark plug. i check the vacuum for slits or tears, i check the carb boots to make sure they are tight , i sprayed carb cleaner around the boots to see if they leaked. i made sure the choke was in right, i made sure nothing was kinked our any thing leaning on the choke and throttle cables. the head doesn't look lifted. i put all the throttle adjusters to bottomed out so there should be no reason for it to rev high, i adjusted the a/f to 2 1/2 turns out. i checked all the o ring gaskets they are in good shape. i cant figure this thing out i have been looking at it for the past week i have done every thing people have suggested.

I would try a rebuild carb kit. One of the jets is worn I think.
