Thanks for the add!!
Got an '03 660 that is hard to start under 50 degrees. Run NGK plug, non-ethanol high octane, fresh fuel. Floods easily. Warmed up, she usually starts. Suggestions appreciated, it's getting cold and it's time to add the plow!

If it runs rough or rich when it is running it could be the starter plunger, on the carburetor, leaking into the engine causing a flood condition. Or it may not be completely closing.
