...well...kind of. LOL, I bought an '06 Can Am Outlander 800 MAX. So, when the girlfriend wants to go sling some mud with me, she can go and be comfortable on the bike, not to mention my comfort also. Its sporting 30" backs on some ITP 14" wheels (not sure which style), HMF muffler, Gorilla axles on the front, rad relo, and snorkles. Plus its had all kinds of clutch work too. Rode it yesterday and was very impressed, its so much more stable than the 660 with a passenger. Yall dont black ball me too much...I still have the 660, and plan to ride it when she doesnt want to go. Ill post up some pics, when I get some taken.

Congrats on your new purchase. Can't give you too much grief over it since at least it's a 2up and Yami doesn't offer one yet. Now dwanton1 getting a gade is a different story though....:laugh1:

It's all good. Have fun with both your toys!

my griz with the rear seat luggage box is like a lazy boy recliner. for some reason the wife wont let me sit back there though, i told her she can wheelie alot easier if im back there, but that didnt work.

If y'all have noticed none of the Japan bikes come in 2-up models only the US/Canada makers. You will also notice (until just recently) the Japan bike never weighed more that 600 lbs. The 700 is right on the limit, the Rubicon and Brute are barely over. While popo & cannieam are tanks The new Sportsman pushing 800 lbs I actually seen one hold its own against a RZR in a tug of war

A lot of this goes bake to the self imposed regulations that killed the 3-Wheeler. The Big-4 makers all agreed to a set of rules, and followed, max weight etc. The "treaty" expired several years back but most still follow suit. Honda & Yamaha follow the closest.... I read both companies said never a 2 up, or anything bigger than 700cc no twin cylinder etc...

Guess if i was to by one of the domestic bikes a Candy Yam would be my choice. dislike popo and Arctic Cat well they are still half Suzuki so why bother just by a Suzuki.

Yup, when my GF wants to go Ill take the MAX,and when I go by myself, Ill take the 660. But Im sure ill take out the MAX a few times without the GF, just to see what it can do without a passenger.

Of course it's bigger. 2up on 30"s compared to a 660 on 28 zillas. Zillas run small so probably close to 27 1/2". The setup does look nice with the backs and the rad relocate :s_cool:
