Hey legends
I've got a 2004 660 and I cleaned the carby last week and ever since then it's been nothing but trouble, I've look high and low and carnt seem to find the answer. So it starts perfectly and idles great, even runs good untill I hold it wide open for a couple seconds the losses all power, come to a stop and it still idles great, but as soon as you touch the throttle it dies. I pulled the airbox out and looked down the carby and noticed the diaphragm pin has gone to high and didn't locate back into the hole. I put it back it and tried again but same thing happens every time. Any ideas of what would cause it to lift to high?

Cheers aaron
