Okay, so I just bought a 2002 Grizzly off of Craigslist for $1800.00 witch isn't bad up here in Alaska. The wheeler was well used but not abused and is just shy of 5,000 miles on it. I pulled the front and rear knuckles off to do wheel bearings and the left front knuckle the bearing had disintegrated and trashed the race. I know the 2002 are notorious for eating bearings when running over sized tires and it has a set of 27" Mud lites on it. So if I have to buy 1 "new" knuckle, why not 4 and swap to the 2003 and up ones all the way around? So my question is what else besides the knuckles would need to be from 2003+? Also the upper and lower ball joints on the right side where trashed so I know a new upper A-arm is in order as well. I just want to be able to change 4 bearings instead of 8 and not wear them out as fast.
