My neutral indicator light (LED) on the digital display works "sometimes". Most of the time, it will come on when shifting from rev. to neutral.

Much of the time, when coming back from the forward gears it will not illuminate. Flaky connection on the circuit board? I don't believe there is any type of mechanical adjustment that could come into play...unless...

is there a shift position switch in the tranny somewhere that may be sticking/worn or out of adjustment that is not functioning properly?

It's a small thing I know, but it would be nice if it did work correctly... :whateva:

Adjust the linkage and the problem should go away.
If not - remove the neutral switch and test, possibly clean w/ electricla contact cleaner
and replace.

I see in the manual how to adjust the select lever control cable. I will check that out tomorrow.

Where is the neutral switch located? I can't seem to find it in the manual...I'm sure it is there...somewhere...
