I have gone through the complete harness and tested for continuity.
Replaced the cdi unit.
Replaced complete stator coils and pick up coil.
Replaced regulator rectifier.
Replaced ignition coil.
Replaced ignition switch.
Replaced spark plug and lead.
Cleaned all connectors.
Checked for voltage at cdi input. 13.2 v DC.
Output on orange wire is 15.7 V DC.
Replaced battery.
Next step? Remove helmet and run head-first into a brick wall.
